Working within South Lanarkshire, Early Navigation support young individuals taking their next steps from education and into their onward careers by offering a variety of life skill opportunities, training and mentorship.
By working hand-in-hand with our local community and businesses, we create opportunities that empower young people and support long term sustainable growth. We work to review and steer business plans based on the future demand in the current market, with the skills of our future generation in mind.
Within in our community led programs and workshops we teach fundamental finance and business acumen, support with job applications, interview preparation and company on boarding processes. We have several communication and teambuilding workshops which are available for both our youth work and businesses who are looking to develop their teams.
10% of the cost of workshops booked, fund activities for local children from low income house holds.

Early Navigation is a registered asset locked, non profit CIC (community interest company), created with a mission to help our local people and businesses grow. Being a CIC enables us to access certain grants and funding to support our work and community which would otherwise unattainable for some applicants.
At Early Navigation we believe that working together with the future generations and our local businesses we can create a strong sustainable future that makes our community thrive in ways not yet seen.
